i am so bored in allendale but too antisocial and awkward to actually make friends here

so this is to my 3rd day of solitary confinement in my apartment

good thing my roommates, basically the only two friends that i have are finally moving in tomorrow.

wine night round 3?

I DON’T WANT TO LIVE ON THIS PLANET ANYMORE.

I DON’T WANT TO LIVE ON THIS PLANET ANYMORE.

so a thing happened today

one of my roommates called and said shes not going to gv anymore

so

Can’t believe I’m going to GV tomorrow

So happy
Except I’m prob gonna be spending a lot of time alone
Oh man oh man

My profesor showed this video in class today when we were talking about why water is important to humans.

There are a multitude of things that should be pointed out about this ridiculous video.

  1. The font on this video is Comic Sans. Enough said.
  2. The stats are incorrect. “Up to 60% of our body is water.” No.
  3. They spelled the Doctor’s name wrong in the introduction.
  4. The person who made this video clearly does not have an understanding of proper grammar.

My favorite part is where they tell you to “note the central heart shape” when you say, “hope” to the water.

I’m pretty sure they have told us since we were in elementary school that every snowflake is unique, that no two snowflakes look alike.  Isn’t this the same concept?  It is utterly ridiculous to claim that saying “Mother Teresa” to your water will make it have a prettier structure, and that saying “Demon” to it will make it look like a poopy mutilated fetus.

On top of how ridiculous this already is, it has a strong religious connotations.

This is what I am paying big bucks to sit through in my class?  This is supposed to be a class about how to teach health in elementary school.  Instead, all we do is watch pointless youtube videos and take notes on why we should buy expensive filters for our drinking water.

**the only good thing about this video is the pretty background music.

Our late night adventure through the fields and meadows of Allendale.
